Zachary Maxwell is a fourteen-year-old documentary filmmaker from the Big Apple – and he’s already done more to build up his local community than many adults.

Getting involved in politics is not just about following national news. Good citizens pay attention to their local communities and work with their neighbors to solve the problems closest to home.
